Web-Writing That WORKS!

Web design is crucial, but careless copy beside cool graphics loses your audience. Want to bring a mundane product to life? Let me inject vivacity into your brand with enticing content in a tone to match your target market. From streamlining your home page to rewriting your site, I'll ensure your web presence is packed with compelling copy, keeping visitors from clicking elsewhere!

The Spoken Word

Want unique, powerful words to recite before a crowd? With my emotive, humorous literary style I can write you a personal, touching tribute, speech or poem that will capture the hearts of your audience. Brief me on the occasion and preferred genre and I'll take it from there, leaving you to enjoy the lead-up to the event.

Search

Blogs, Mailshots & SEO

Regular blogging boosts your brand's online presence on Google, but strips time away from creating/selling your product. Brief me on any vital information to include and I'll pen regular, concise, SEO-savvy blog posts, maximising your chances to soar above competitors in search engines. And let's not just leave it at site content and blogging. Dust off your database and target customers with personable, powerful mailshots bursting with news and special offers.

Services & Pricing

As a versatile writer I am able to provide my clients with a variety of services: blog-posts for your business, stand-alone articles for online/paper publications, a website makeover, personal pieces for special occasions. Contact me to discuss your requirements and I will provide a bespoke quotation. I am happy to consider most budgets and I offer introductory pricing for new contracts/startup businesses.

About Me

I'm a creative communicator, writer, mum, rape-survivor...
I live in Suffolk with my two children. I began blogging in 2009. "Splintered Reflections" marked the beginning of my creative outlet, writing about parenthood, relationships, rape, homelessness. I also write comedy. I've written two books, short stories, flash fiction and much poetry. In 2010 I worked with Karl James of The Dialogue Project - the result was "Why Not Me?" - a serialised audio conversation about surviving rape, first played at the Latitude Festival that year. I'm proud that it continues to help rape survivors to this day and tackles a difficult subject that will forever remain important to me.
