Skinny Reflections

I'm on a health kick! Here's a record of my progress so far (including the yo-yo diets of the last two years). Yes, you can see from the numbers that I'm no Keira Knightley. In fact, I'd probably wrap her in flatbread and eat her for breakfast if it weren't for that nose/top lip combo thingy. You can follow my dieting diary by clicking HERE. Expect fitness updates, recipes and the occasional teary fit. (By the way, I'm not aiming for skinny, I'm aiming for healthy. It's just that the name worked.)

P.S. I'm not ashamed of these numbers. They are just numbers, after all. And at the start of every weight loss success story, there is a fat person, a thinner person trying hard to emerge. If the response is good, I may set up a Just Giving page and try and raise some cash for a good cause. I've got quite a bit of weight to lose, so there's PLENTY of time once I've decided on how best to do this (after I work out my target – it may be a weight loss target, or I may sign up for a charity run). This is a marathon, not a sprint. I really appreciate any support along the way.
