Christmas is a difficult time. Look beyond the twinkling lights, the words in Christmas cards, the carefully-laid tables…..every scene conceals family history and often, things that are not easily forgotten. I hope you enjoy my new poem, entitled Wounds on Splintered Reflections. I am looking towards the New Year in the hope of wiping my slate clean.
